NDIS Flow is a practice management tool for Australian NDIS providers, offering participant, worker, roster, incident and compliance record-keeping.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for meeting your obligations as a registered NDIS provider under the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Act 2013. NDIS Flow does not lodge reports or documents with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or any government body on your behalf.
Subscription plans are billed monthly in AUD via Stripe. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact Base44 support.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other providers' data, or input unlawful content. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
NDIS Flow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, compliance breaches, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
